Over 17 years of building businesses across India and the United States have given me one unshakeable conviction: sustainable growth is never an accident. It is engineered. It is a function of systems, operational discipline, and the relentless pursuit of the right customer at scale.

My professional journey began in the global outsourcing industry, where I spent years mastering the craft of customer experience, quality assurance, and service delivery at scale. That operational foundation became the bedrock upon which I built my entrepreneurial career, launching and growing ventures focused on direct-to-consumer marketing, subscription businesses, inbound customer acquisition, and cross-border sales operations.

Today I operate multiple companies spanning India and the United States, invest in early-stage startups through Satish Pillai Ventures Private Limited, and actively give back to communities through social causes close to my heart. I am a member of the Forbes Business Development Council, an alumnus of MIT Bootcamps and IIT Bombay, and an independently published author on direct marketing and outsourcing.
